Brian F. Boland
Brian concentrates his practice in estate planning/administration, educational/municipal law and business and real estate law. He serves as Solicitor for seven (7) Berks, Lebanon and Lancaster County school districts and several townships, boroughs, and authorities. Brian regularly writes and lectures on a variety of issues for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association and the Center for Excellence in Local Government and prepares instructional materials and seminars for school districts and municipalities. The educational and municipal departments of Kozloff Stoudt are regularly on the leading edge of trial and appellate cases in Pennsylvania.
In addition, Brian heads the Estate Planning and Administration Department of the firm. He has over thirty (30) years' experience planning and administering estates. The firm serves as regional leader in all aspects of estate planning from large complex estates and trusts to Medicaid planning. Kozloff Stoudt's estate planning and estate administration department is as efficient as it is experienced.
Brian serves as the President of the Northeast Pennsylvania Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Board of Directors and is a passionate advocate in the race for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. In addition he has served as a youth coach in basketball and a CCD instructor at St. Ignatius Church. He is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
