Pamela J. Cala
Pamela concentrates her practice in real estate law, banking and corporate law, with particular emphasis in land development, commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial lending, corporate and commercial transactions. She has written several articles for the Berks Women’s Journal including topics on Mold Contamination, Buyers’ and Sellers’ Obligations to Disclose and Choosing Your Title.
Born in Niagara Falls, New York, Pamela serves as Director of the Governor Mifflin School Board, and is actively involved as the Chairperson of the Cumru Township’s Parks and Recreation Board. She also Chairs several committees associated with the Governor Mifflin School District and participates in its job shadowing program for 10th graders and Career Day. Pamela has also contributed to the Berks County Juvenile Forum. Additionally, Pamela is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations.
