Jeffrey R. Elliott
Jeff concentrates his practice in employment and workplace litigation in state and federal courts, with specific emphasis in discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, severance and other workplace disputes. As a member of the firm’s civil litigation group, he also handles commercial and personal injury matters.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, Jeff is a Colonel in the United States Army Reserves Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) and is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. In 2005 Jeff was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in Pennsylvania in the area of Employment Litigation. Of the over 600 lawyers in Berks County, only 2 received this distinction in 2005.
