J. William Widing, III

Bill concentrates his practice in all aspects of trusts and estates, including estate planning, estate administration, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable transfers, Orphans’ Court litigation, guardianships and special needs trusts. In addition, Bill has extensive experience in the formation and operation of non-profit entities. He is active in the community, having served as a former Board Chair of the American Red Cross, Berks County Chapter, and as a former board member of Camphill Soltane. Bill is a current board member of the Berks County Community Foundation, among other organizations. Bill is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania, Florida, Philadelphia and American Bar Associations.
