James M. Lillis
Jim concentrates his practice in real estate, education, local government law and litigation. He is well-accomplished in valuation litigation, particularly in tax assessment and eminent domain hearings and trials. Jim regularly participates as a panelist or moderator for various forums and discussions, including state-wide seminars and local television programs.
Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, Jim is an active member of the Berks County Chamber of Commerce and is a Director on Bellco Federal Credit Union Board. Jim recently retired from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard as a Brigadier General. He continues to serve as an Air Force Admissions Liaison Officer and Solicitor for the 193d Special Operations Wing Association. Jim is a member of the Berks County (Secretary, 1985), Pennsylvania and American Bar Association, the National Guard Association of the United States and the American Legion. He is a Life Member of the Air Force Association and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
