Dan concentrates his practice in Business, Land Use, Real Estate and Municipal Law with a particular emphasis in Land Use and Development matters with a focus on issues relating to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code including subdivision, land development and zoning matters. Dan represents a number of municipal clients such as Centre Township; Centre Township Municipal Authority; Bern Township Municipal Authority; Joint Municipal Authority for Wyomissing Valley and the Central Berks Regional Police Commission. Dan assisted Centre Township to establish one of the first municipal land protection programs in the Commonwealth Pennsylvania, which program has purchased agricultural easements on more than 1,000 acres
of farmland.

Born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, Dan served as an Officer in the United States Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) while stationed in Pearl Harbor Hawaii from 1990–1994, until receiving an Honorable Discharge at the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Dan is currently an active member of the Berks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
