Jeff concentrates his practice in Employment and workplace Litigation in State and Federal Courts with particular emphasis in discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, severance and other workplace disputes. He is admitted to the federal district courts (Eastern and Middle Districts). Additionally, Jeff works with Human Resources departments for small to mid-sized businesses auditing their employment policies and practices, educating them on preventative legal practices such as required workplace training, and writing and amending employee handbooks and policies. Jeff also has an active business and commercial litigation practice. He is a contributing writer for the Berks Women’s Journal for which he has written several articles focused on women’s issues in the workplace.

Born in Dayton, Ohio, Jeff is a Colonel in the United States Army Reserves Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) and is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. In 2005 Jeff was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in Pennsylvania in the area of Employment Litigation. Of the over 600 lawyers in Berks County, only
2 received this distinction in 2005.
