Socrates concentrates his practice in Estate Planning & Administration, Business and Real Estate Law and Municipal Law. He represents many local businesses and developers in Berks, Lancaster and surrounding counties. In addition, he has served as Solicitor to several Berks County municipalities and school districts. Socrates is also regularly engaged as an arbitrator for municipal labor and contract disputes.
Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, Socrates has been active in many community organizations including the Foundation for Reading Area Community College, the Berks County Bar Association, the Foundation for the Reading Public Museum and the Friends of Berks County Treatment Courts. He is a member of the Berks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
