David concentrates his practice in major personal injury and death claims, business litigation, and fire and explosion claims. He has four decades of trial experience in state and federal courts, and has appeared before all of the appellate courts of Pennsylvania. He has been a guest lecturer on civil litigation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Berks County Bar Association, and is a certified arbitrator/ mediator. David is a member of the Million Dollar
Advocates Roundtable.

Born West Reading, Pennsylvania, David has served as president of the Berks County Bar Association, member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Assistant County Solicitor of Berks County. He was the founding President of the South Mountain YMCA. David is
a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
