Dellise Otero serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys, where she combines more than 15 years of experience in accounting, business management, and entrepreneurship with her legal training to support the firm’s strategic and operational objectives. Her practice and professional focus center on business and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on advising closely held businesses on financial, operational, and regulatory matters.

Before her legal career, Dellise held key leadership roles as a CFO, Controller, and Certified Public Accountant, providing her with a deep understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and business strategy. This dual background allows her to offer clients practical, business-oriented legal guidance grounded in real-world financial insight.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She also holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from County College of Morris. Dellise has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2010.

She was recognized as an emerging professional by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and remains committed to helping businesses grow through sound financial and legal decision-making.

Outside of her professional work, Dellise enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Ulises Otero, a retired Army and Coast Guard servicemember, and their five children. She is passionate about lifelong learning and is dedicated to mentoring others and making a positive impact in her community.
