Community

Our attorneys don’t just live and work in Southeastern Pennsylvania; we are committed to the community as well. We are actively involved in many non-profit, volunteer and municipal organizations, including:

Many of us coach football, soccer, basketball, softball, and little league!

Tonight we awarded our first Coach of the Month Award. Attorney Brian F. Boland presented the award of $500 to Governor Mifflin School District in honor of an amazing coach who is missed by all who knew him, Coach Kyle A. Conrad.

Good luck to our Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys team at the 2022 Pub Global Trivia night! Our team: Attorney Jeff Elliott with Associate Attorneys Kourtney Bernecker and Colin Macfarlane! This event is sponsored by the World Affairs Council of Greater Reading and the proceeds will benefit scholarships for outstanding Berks County High School senior students interested in International Relations and Political Science majors. These scholarships are presented in memory of the late Alan Miller, Esq., longtime World Affairs Council board member and former Berks County solicitor.
Today Associate Attorney Julia Adams visited her sister’s 1st grade class at Mifflin Park Elementary. Here is a photo of her reading to the class. 💕
On Friday, associate attorney Allen Gehring was invited to speak at Albright College on a panel entitled “Interdisciplinary Perspectives on the Recent Roe vs. Wade Decision” as a part of the Empowering Albright Voices College Symposium. Allen was invited to speak because of his background as a lawyer along with his experience as a professor with a PhD who had been appointed to serve as an Ethicist on the Ethics Committee at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital during his time as a professor. On the panel he spoke about the legal issues tied up with the Dobbs decision overturning Roe. Congratulations, Allen, on a successful day of sharing your knowledge and hard work!
