Abigail Miller joined Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys in 2025 as a Legal Assistant after graduating summa cum laude from the Honors Program at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Paralegal Studies and minors in German and Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies.

Prior to her full-time role, Abigail served as a Paralegal Intern with us, where she quickly distinguished herself as a dedicated and capable team member. In her current role, Abigail supports the firm’s work in banking, business, and civil litigation.

Abigail has a strong interest in social justice and completed a capstone project exploring symbolic language in The Handmaid’s Tale and how works of fiction can contribute to real-world justice for Kutztown’s Honors Program. In her free time, she enjoys participating in local music groups.
