Alicia E. Muir

Alicia was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2022 and has since distinguished herself as Chair of the Civil Litigation Committee for the Lancaster County Bar Association, where she also received the 2024 Service Award. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Law Foundation, underscoring her commitment to community engagement.

Alicia earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she was Managing Editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Review and received the Member of the Year Award. She also served as a Property Rights Fellow, was involved with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and earned a CALI Award in Natural Resources Law. Before law school, Alicia graduated summa cum laude from the Honors Program at George Mason University with a B.A. in Global Affairs and was recognized for outstanding service to the Honors College. She graduated college in only three years with a perfect 4.0 GPA, while studying abroad in Switzerland and spending a semester studying at Oxford University. 

Alicia has diverse litigation experience and has successfully managed complex civil cases, refining her advocacy in a variety of courts. Her legal foundation was further strengthened through summer clerkships with Warren Environmental Counsel, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel, where she gained a deep understanding of environmental law.
