Alyssa A. Hertneky is a Banking Paralegal who joined Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys in 2026, bringing eight years of legal experience to the firm. Prior to joining KS, Alyssa worked as a Bankruptcy Paralegal and gained valuable experience in a variety of practice areas, including wills and trusts, powers of attorney, criminal law, family law, real estate, landlord-tenant matters, and corporate law. Her diverse background allows her to approach each matter with a well-rounded understanding of the legal process.

Alyssa earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Berks Technical Institute. Her education, combined with years of hands-on experience, has provided her with the knowledge and skills to effectively support attorneys and clients alike.

Alyssa was drawn to the legal profession because of her longstanding interest in the law and her passion for helping attorneys advocate for their clients. She enjoys analyzing evidence and appreciates that every day brings new opportunities to learn, making continuous learning one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.

Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two beautiful daughters. When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering with her daughters’ swim team, taking walks, and binge-watching her favorite shows. Alyssa’s dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to lifelong learning make her a valued member of the Kozloff Stoudt team.
