Barry is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, including business and contract disputes, corporate governance litigation, intellectual property and copyright matters, environmental litigation, construction litigation and disputes arising from land use planning and real estate development. Barry also has substantial expertise in matters involving creditor’s rights and bankruptcy where he represents lenders, commercial landlords and other creditors in collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy and related litigation.
Born in Washington, D.C. and a 25 year resident of Berks County, Barry is the President Berks County Habitat for Humanity. He has also served as the Chair of the Robesonia Township Environmental Advisory Council and has conducted a seminar on technology in bankruptcy. He is a member of the Berks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Barry is also a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference.
