Brian’s practice is concentrated in business, real estate, municipal, and school law. Since joining Kozloff Stoudt, he has represented individuals, businesses, and public entities throughout Berks County and beyond. A Berks County native, Brian earned his law degree from William & Mary Law School and his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Elizabethtown College.
Brian’s business law practice includes mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, contract negotiations, and a wide range of transactional matters. His real estate experience includes commercial and residential transactions. In his municipal and education law practice, he advises school districts, townships, and authorities on issues involving the Pennsylvania School Code, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII and Title IX compliance, employee and student discipline, First Amendment issues, policy development, the Sunshine Act, the Right-to-Know Law, and procurement issues.
