David concentrates his practice in serious personal injury cases, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, truck and bus accidents, and fire and explosion claims. He has four decades of trial experience in state and federal courts, and has argued numerous cases in all of the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.
He has been a guest lecturer on civil litigation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Berks County Bar Association, and is a certified arbitrator/mediator. David is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was the first Berks County lawyer to be admitted as a Life Member of theMulti-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, David has served as President of the Berks County Bar Association, member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Assistant County Solicitor of Berks County. He was the founding President of the South Mountain YMCA. David is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
