Dellise Otero joined Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys in March 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in accounting, business management, and entrepreneurship to her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Firm Administrator. Her professional background includes key roles as a CFO, Controller, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), equipping her with a solid foundation in financial management and client service.
Dellise holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Licensed as a CPA since 2010, she is currently pursuing a law degree at Syracuse University College of Law.
For Dellise, the most rewarding part of her work is fostering growth and operational efficiency within the organization while supporting her team. Recognized as an emerging professional by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she is dedicated to creating positive change in her community.
Outside of work, Dellise values time with her family, including her husband, Ulises Otero, a retired Army and Coast Guard serviceman, and their five children. Driven by her passion for lifelong learning, Dellise is committed to setting a strong example and inspiring others to reach their full potential.
