Dellise Otero serves as Chief Financial Officer and Associate Attorney at Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys, where she combines more than 15 years of experience in accounting, business management, and entrepreneurship with her legal training. Her practice focuses on business and corporate law, municipal law, and school law.

With extensive experience in financial leadership, Dellise brings a practical, business-oriented perspective to her legal practice. Before entering the legal profession, she held leadership roles as a Chief Financial Officer and Controller and operated her own accounting services business. As a Certified Public Accountant licensed since 2010, she has developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. This combination of legal and financial expertise allows her to understand the operational and financial considerations that shape her clients’ decisions.

Dellise earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from County College of Morris. She was recognized by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a member of its 40 Under 40 program.

Dellise is actively involved in her community through hands-on volunteer service and nonprofit leadership. She founded Kozloff Stoudt’s Social Services Committee, which coordinates volunteer opportunities and community service initiatives connecting firm employees with local nonprofit organizations and individuals in need. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Family Guidance Center, supporting its mission and work in the community.

Outside of her professional life, Dellise enjoys spending time with her husband, Ulises Otero, a retired Army and Coast Guard servicemember, and their five children.
