Julie focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, elder law, municipal law and education law. Her experience includes drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust agreements, preparing Medicaid applications, reviewing and revising Declarations and Bylaws to comply with the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act, and other education and municipal law issues.

Julie completed her law degree at Penn State Dickinson Law’s University Park campus. During law school, she made significant contributions as the Executive Comments Editor for the Penn State Law Review, and she was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society. Graduating Order of the Coif, she finished in the top 10% of her graduating class. Before law school, Julie served as a middle and high school English teacher in New York. She brings her unique perspective as a former schoolteacher into her work with school districts and their education law issues.

Julie was born and raised in Binghamton, NY. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, Broadway musicals, and spending time with her husband and their two adorable cats.
