Michael C. Kochkodin

Michael is a dedicated trial lawyer with extensive experience in civil litigation, focusing on a diverse range of legal areas including personal injury, property damage claims, complex commercial matters, construction litigation, property disputes, probate litigation, insurance, and employment claims. His legal career began in Philadelphia, where he developed a solid foundation in trial law before joining Kozloff Stoudt in September 2008.

Originally from Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, Michael’s deep connection to his home state is reflected in his active involvement with both the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations. His commitment to the legal community is further demonstrated by his past role as chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the Berks County Bar Association.
