Rick Long

Rick concentrates his practice in civil litigation with particular emphasis in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, personal injury, insurance, product liability and commercial matters. Rick has written several articles for the Berks Women’s Journal including topics on the Family Medical Leave Act and Collecting Unpaid Wages.

Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Rick is a member of the Lancaster County, Berks County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice (Employment Rights Section), and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (Automobile, Bad Faith and Employment Sections).
